Initially the position will be focused on dispatch tasks, with the ability to take on more responsibility as your confidence grows. With a widely varied job role, you will utilise your experience and customer service skills to provide support to our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch : assist the team with stock control and liaise with customers to ensure products are ready for pick up or transport in a timely manner.
• Customer service : assist our customers in selecting products and provide advice on product-related projects.
• Sales : develop and maintain relationships with our trade and retail customers both locally and regionally, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
• Health & safety : adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
