The Opportunity

Based in Loganholme, join our Apprentice Connect Provider division and make a difference with flexible, hybrid working arrangements. As a Customer Service Officer – Telephone Contact, you'll play a vital role in supporting apprentices, trainees, and their employers as they complete their Australian Apprenticeship journey. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound phone calls, offering guidance and ensuring all administrative requirements are finalised smoothly and efficiently.
