The opportunity : We are seeking an Associate or Associate Director to join our Carbon & Nature Projects team and support the commercial and financing aspects of ambitious nature‑based solutions worldwide. This role will be critical to the origination, development and financing of iconic projects across the Asia Pacific region, including initiatives such as the Rai Matak community agroforestry programme in Timor Leste and the Delta Blue Carbon mangrove restoration project in Sindh, Pakistan.

Responsibilities :

• Project development and investment – support project origination, investment analysis, development and capital‑raise activities, including transaction management and coordination.
• Lead elements of project financing and capital‑raise activities, including transaction coordination.
• Build and review detailed financial models, prepare investment recommendations and draft internal investment papers.
• Investor relations – develop investor material such as project teasers, pitchbooks and information memoranda.
• Assess emerging technologies, methodologies, new entrants and industry trends and how they affect project origination and development strategies.
• Operational and strategic support – contribute to project operations, strategy formulation, communications and reporting, and assist in budget oversight and performance tracking.
