• The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team in Frankston on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff.
• Performing reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
• Assisting in stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
• Driving membership and retail sales through effective cross-selling and proactive engagement.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.

To be eligible for this position you must have :

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong PC literacy and administration skills
• Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
