Overview
The Opportunity – 6 Month Day Rate Contract :
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical system integration project with one of our external vendors. While you won’t be hands-on with the integration itself (our Cloud Engineering team owns delivery), you’ll play a pivotal role in defining requirements, mapping data flows, and ensuring integration through APIs is well understood. Responsibilities include :
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for the integration of life support call data with an external vendor system
- Work closely with the external vendor, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure the solution is fit for purpose, seamless, and aligned to business needs
- Validate and support solution alignment by ensuring integration meets business needs, compliance, and operational readiness
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups with stakeholders across a variety of internal teams.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly regardedProven experience as a Business Analyst on system integrations (API, Data flows, cloud environments etc)Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and system requirements into clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in agile and / or hybrid delivery environments, with strong facilitation and requirements management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership and governance forumsHow to Apply
