The Role

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Lead and motivate crews  building strong team culture on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources
• Operate machinery (skidsteer, excavator, loader) when required
• Oversee WHS and QA requirements, maintaining accurate site records

The Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leading hand role within civil construction (local Adelaide experience ideal)
• Strong background across projects such as roads, footpaths, stormwater, carparks and drainage
• Confident in interpreting plans, setout, and calculating grades
• Skilled in civil plant operation (skidsteer, excavator, loader)
• Clear communicator with proven leadership skills and a strong focus on safety and quality
