BD Biosciences is offering a rare opportunity to join our high-performing team in a full-time role that blends Inside Sales and Digital Marketing to drive commercial success across Australia and New Zealand. This hybrid position is ideal for a commercially minded, digitally savvy, professional with demonstrated experience in inside sales and marketing, looking to accelerate their career in a globally respected life sciences organization.

You will be at the forefront of our digital revenue generation strategy—leveraging eBusiness platforms, marketing automation, and CRM tools to convert leads, grow customer engagement, and drive sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute BD Biosciences’ eBusiness strategy to increase online sales of reagent portfolios.
• Manage the full e-commerce lifecycle, including customer onboarding, account setup, and catalogue optimization on the BD website.
• Drive revenue through third-party e-procurement platforms (e.g., Unimarket, Science Warehouse), ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support.
• Identify and convert new digital sales opportunities by partnering with research institutions and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with field sales to transition traditional customers to digital purchasing channels, increasing efficiency and order frequency.
• Implement and support Punchout systems for customer procurement platforms, enabling streamlined digital transactions.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights on digital sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
