Our Pottery Barn Kids store in Chadstone is looking for a Sales & Service Lead (also known as a Sales & Service Key Holder) to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, specialty retail environment. This is a 6 month part‑time position offering 40 hours per fortnight with a fixed two‑week rotating roster, including alternate weekends.
