About The Location

About the Position

Our Housekeeping Supervisor directly supports the efficient operation of the Park by overseeing the Housekeeping Attendants and ensuring the rooms of the site are clean to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping teamto maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across rooms and common areas.
• Manage stock and supplies, ensuring storage areas are tidy and rooms are well-equipped.
• Conduct regular inspections, respond to maintenance needs, and implement improvements based on guest feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture, providing coaching, feedback, and support for performance and development.
• Ensure safety compliance, including proper use of equipment, reporting hazards, and adherence to WHS procedures.
