About the Role

YNA are seeking dedicated and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team supporting young people living in residential homes in Griffin and Mango Hill.

You’ll be part of a caring, professional team providing daily living assistance, behaviour support, and community engagement for children and young people with complex needs. Each home has a warm and supportive environment focused on helping the young people thrive, build skills, and stay connected to school and community activities. We’ll back you every step of the way and always consider your preferences to get the best experience as an agency team member. Your communication skills will need to be clear & effective to meet the needs and choices of our clients.
