Job descriptionProvide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings Assist with community access, transport, and social participation Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress Minimum 6 months experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred Certificate III in Individual Support or higher NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check First Aid & CPR Certificate Full Driver’s licence + reliable car COVID & Flu vaccinations (Aged Care only)
