Your role as a Home Lending Specialist is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their endtoend banking needs.

Whether youre guiding first home buyers create a plan to purchase or supporting a seasoned investor youll play an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.

In this dynamic and highimpact role youll make your mark by :

• Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
• Guiding customers through the lending process giving them peace of mind that were here to help them achieve their goals
• Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
• Building strong relationshipcentric connections with the community the branch and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

This is a Permanent fulltime position located in Brisbane City. (with the ability to cover across our Mitchelton branch as well if required)
