Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to provide critical planning, scheduling, and performance insight to help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time.
As a key member of the Project Controls team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting Project Managers and Engineers to plan, monitor, and optimise project delivery schedules. Working across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, you’ll apply strong analytical capability and planning discipline to ensure the program remains on track and aligned with organisational objectives.
The role :
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from initiation through to delivery.
- Manage baseline schedules and re-baselining where project changes occur.
- Conduct critical path and dependency analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
- Perform earned value analysis to monitor performance and forecast progress.
- Ensure schedule quality, logic, and alignment with established project controls frameworks.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to optimise resourcing, sequencing, and milestone achievement.
- Provide regular schedule performance reports and insights to project leadership.
Requirements :
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience scheduling complex infrastructure or utilities projects.Strong skills in MS Project or similar scheduling tools.Experience in critical path, dependency and earned value analysis.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with SAP Project Systems or similar tools is advantageous.Benefits
