About the Opportunity

This is a non-contentious commercial and corporate role focused on providing practical, high-value legal support to long-term business clients. You will work on complex contracts, major projects, and strategic client relationships across industrial and technical sectors.

Your responsibilities will include :

Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts

Providing clear, pragmatic advice that balances legal precision with commercial outcomes

Managing significant client matters independently while collaborating within a supportive team

Mentoring and developing junior lawyers

Contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are a commercially astute lawyer with at least 5+ years PAE in corporate or commercial law, confident managing competing priorities and complex contracts.

You bring :

A current (or eligible) unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate

Strong communication skills and client relationship management experience

The ability to balance precision with pragmatism

Integrity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed

You will stand out if you have worked with clients in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure sectors, or if you have experience across both private practice and in-house environments.
