Geo Point Surveyors is seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our growing and ever expanding surveying business, delivering high-quality services to our diverse client base.
About the role
You'll undertake cadastral, detail, and construction surveys, manage project data, liaise with clients and stakeholders and limited drafting. The role offers a healthy balance between fieldwork and office-based plan preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cadastral and engineering surveying services across multiple sites.
- Conduct various field and site surveys including boundary surveys, detail surveys, set out works, work as executed surveys and preparation of linen plans in compliance with Registrar General Directions & NSW Land Registry Services.
- Manage survey data.
- Perform reductions, calculations and sketches.
- Proficient in the use of CivilCad Magnet and AutoCAD software to complete survey deliverables.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams on technical requirements.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Surveying.Proven experience in cadastral surveying (Minimum 5 years).White Card and current driver's license.Strong technical, communication, and mentoring skills will be a bonus.Demonstrated experience with Trimble Total Stations, GPS / GNSS equipment, and Digital Level (preferred but not a must).Full working rights in Australia required.Benefits
