Amplifon Australia is looking for a Retail Trainer (internally known as CA Trainer) to join our makemorepossible team!

Reporting to CA Training Lead , this role is accountable for up-skilling our CA Team using their superior diary management and appointment activation skills. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CA coaching programs
• Ensure best practices in customer service are followed in all clinics
• Consistently monitor and evaluate training delivered
• Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
• Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
• Conduct induction programs for new joiners
• Administer on-the-job training
• Develop and update training modules
