About the position :

We're excited to be hiring for an Ecommerce Manager to lead the development, optimisation, and daily operations of Cullen Jewellery's digital experience. This newly created role ensures every touchpoint—from imagery and content to user flow and conversion—is beautifully on-brand and driven by performance.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Lead, improve and report on ecommerce performance metrics including conversion rates, average order value, site speed and on-site engagement.
• Design and maintain visually impactful, high-performing webpages that align with Cullen's premium brand identity.
• Maintain and update website copy and imagery in line with new product launches, marketing calendar and campaign launches.
• Manage global Cullen websites, ensuring seamless localisation, consistent brand presentation, and performance across all regions.
• Manage the roll out and upkeep of a new client facing app.
• Recommend and implement updates to navigation, filtering, and content layout to improve product discoverability and user satisfaction.
