The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Credit Analyst (Full Time) to be the centre of gravity for all credit applications across Low-Doc, Mid-Doc and Full-Doc deals. You will own credit quality and speed to submission, liaise directly with lenders, and free brokers to focus on bringing in more business.
Credit
Triage, structure and assess transactions across commercial asset finance; confirm policy fit and recommend structures (term, residual / balloon, security, guarantees as appropriate).
Complete servicing calculations and prepare credit memos.
Liaise directly with BDMs and credit officers to workshop transactions, negotiate mitigants and resolve queries quickly.
Manage credit conditions from conditional approval to final sign-off; anticipate / document lender questions to lift first-pass approval outcomes.
Packaging & Submission
Utilise lender portals and build application packs to be submitted for approval.
Perform QA on all deals prior to submission.
Coordinate valuation / PPSR requirements and keep files audit-ready.
Broker Enablement & Governance
Maintain impeccable filing & CRM Tasks / Alerts so file status is always live; communicate proactively with brokers and key stakeholders.
Contribute to template / checklist improvements that reduce rework and time-to-submission.
Support Ops on settlement readiness.
What You Bring
5+ years in bank / brokerage credit or senior broker support in asset / equipment finance; strong policy interpretation and structuring.
Capacity to read and analyse company financial data.
Confident communicating directly with BDMs / credit teams; able to negotiate and document mitigants succinctly.
High throughput with accuracy; excellent writing skills and CRM discipline.
