We are currently working with a leading National Property Developer who are looking for a Project Manager for their Sydney Operations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery throughout the life cycle of the project.

The Role

• Work autonomously and take responsibility for project time management
• Manage the project budget and costs
• Manage the design process to meet the team’s vision
• Oversee contract management during the construction phase, managing budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Ideally you will have knowledge regarding the design process and necessary approvals
• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies across Safety
