Our racing and flight simulators are used by enthusiasts and professionals in over 50 countries — and we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help us continue shaping the future of simulation.
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our online and showroom customers — helping with everything from product selection to technical support — while being part of an exciting, fast-growing company in the gaming and tech space.
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and in person at our Bundall showroom.
Assist customers across our range of racing cockpits, flight simulators, haptic systems , and accessories.
Troubleshoot technical queries and guide customers through setup and care.
Manage orders, returns, and enquiries through Shopify and other digital platforms.
Engage with customers via live chat and social platforms to resolve issues in real time.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and share ideas.
What You’ll Bring
A passion for gaming, simulation, and technology .
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and time management.
Team player attitude — confident working independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Freshdesk, Shopify, or Monday.com is an advantage (training provided).
Must have the right to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
