YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s what life as a Trade Counter Customer Service Champion looks like :
Meet and greet customers on our busy trade counter with a smile and energy.
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Collect pre-picked online orders from the warehouse (loaded onto trolleys) and bring them to the trade collections area for a friendly handover.
Answer FAQs around our online ordering platform - visits us at www.tradezone.com.au
Process product returns and put back into stock
Chaise up aging uncollected orders via outbound calls
Operate a forklift (if licensed) to retrieve large pallets and load onto customer trailers during peak periods.
Complete end-of-month KPI reconciliations .
Keep the trade counter and warehouse areas clean, safe, and positive .
Note : This role includes repetitive manual handling tasks, and some mildly heavy lifting is required. You’ll need to be fit and energetic to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

1 x Rostered Saturday Every Month – 5 : 30AM-9.30AM - Overtime Rates Apply
