Job descriptionExceptional Support : Weekly 1 : 1 supervision with an experienced OT, comprehensive orientation, and ongoing mentoring Growth & Learning : Access structured career progression, leadership coaching and multidisciplinary collaboration Genuine Balance : Choose work hours that suit your lifestyle and enjoy real flexibility Values‑Driven Culture : We’re a privately owned, family‑run organisation that puts people first – our clients and our team Deliver evidence‑based OT services including functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications and sensory assessments Work with NDIS participants to build independence and reach meaningful goals Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility around scheduling Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions and clinical supervision Work across the Northcote clinic, client homes and community settings – supported every step of the way Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver’s licence Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills Experience in functional assessments, equipment prescription or home modifications (preferred) A collaborative, client‑focused approach with a passion for helping people reach their potential Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates ready to learn and grow
