Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Site Operator to join our Goondiwindi team. This is a hands‑on role, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse and packing site, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pre‑start checks.
• Participate in site operations, hazard identification, and safety meetings.
• Handle and store commodities in line with company standards.
• Complete administration and documentation as required.
• Maintain site cleanliness and presentation.
• Supervise and guide casual employees when needed.
• Work overtime and weekends during peak periods.
