What you’ll do :
We’re looking for a commercially focused Commercial Lead to join our team in Perth, supporting our Distribution Centre Network. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Commercial Manager Supply Chain , and work closely with site leadership to deliver financial insights, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making. With a strong business partnering focus, you’ll help shape initiatives that improve efficiency, manage costs, and support long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include :
- Partnering with operations leaders to support day-to-day decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
- Supporting business cases and commercial projects that drive efficiency and value
- Preparing clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
