Job descriptionA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA or CPA qualification (or working towards). Proven experience in management accounting within the professional services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Competitive salary of approximately $120,000-$140,000, plus superannuation. FTC role providing stability and professional growth opportunities. Work with a supportive and collaborative team in central Perth. Access to ongoing training and development programs. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as required.
