Customer Care Representative - ARH Homebush
Join our team at the Animal Referral Hospital, a leading emergency and specialist veterinary hospital in Sydney, located in Homebush. We provide 24-hour emergency and critical care, focusing on high standards of patient care and exceptional customer service.
About Your Role
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our growing team. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls
- Liaising with referring veterinarians
- Welcoming clients and their pets
- Booking and managing appointments
- Invoicing and processing payments (cash, EFTPOS, Vetpay, Medipay)
- Data entry and document requests
- Managing email inquiries
