Consultant, Investment Governance

We are looking for a Consultant to join our Investment Governance Team. The purpose of this newly created role is to work with clients on a broad range of investment governance-related issues. These clients include superannuation funds, insurers, charitable foundations, and other institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in thought leadership and the research process, including the preparation of due diligence documents, report writing and marketing materials relating to investment governance.
• Lead matters relating to investment governance with client teams at both large complex superannuation clients and boutique clients such as family offices, charities and foundations.
• Providing high quality and timely consulting advice to clients for investment governance related matters including regulatory and market-related updates.
• Review (or establish) valuation governance frameworks and providing recommendations, value-adding feedback and assessment relative to regulatory expectations.
