About the Role As the Bid Manager , you will take full ownership of the tender and submission process from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, Estimation Manager, and senior leadership to produce compelling, high‑quality bids that showcase the company’s capabilities and align with client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing and social media presence.
