We pride ourselves in the design and quality of products and our focus on customers. We are growth bound and are looking for a passionate retail leader who will be a key part of the national senior retail ops team to own and lead change and growth in QLD.
Reporting into the Head of Retail, the purpose of this role is to drive sales and culture and to deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst overseeing the management of each showroom's performance working closely with Store Managers.
You will be accountable for the performance of currently 8 stores including a Franchise and for providing coaching, direction and sales leadership to the Store Managers in our stores spanning from Maroochydore to Robina in QLD who are responsible for the stores in their respective states. This role is a conduit between Support Office and your state therefore will see you collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, People & Culture and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation of group wide initiatives in QLD and to ensure the state is receiving adequate support to achieve outcomes.
You will also be the most senior leader in the state, therefore are expected to have a dotted line relationship with our QLD Warehouse and Installations Team.
