The Role
As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll be the function lead across the company's entire retail portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Brands, you'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability through major online platforms including Coles and Woolworths, as well as emerging quick commerce channels.
Key responsibilities :
- Build and deliver eCommerce growth plans to hit sales and profit targets
- Develop tailored strategies by category and brand to drive mental and physical availability online
- Work with agencies to create compelling digital content and media that builds brand desire
- Analyse data and insights to continuously improve performance and inform stakeholders
- Align eCommerce strategy with commercial and cross-functional teams
Skills and Experience
3-5+ years of Ecommerce marketing experience, working within or alongside FMCG companiesProven track record in eCommerce, trade, sales or channel marketingStrong analytical and commercial skills, with experience using retail media platforms and analytics toolsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholdersAutonomous, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesBenefits
