• Lead Consultant – Power Platform
• to deliver cutting-edge, end-to-end solutions for our customers. In this role, you'll champion technical excellence, shape innovative outcomes, and lead teams to success.
• What You’ll Do
• Engage with Stakeholders :
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
• Design & Deliver :
• Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead Projects :
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.
• Mentor & Guide :
• Provide technical support and coaching to consultants and engineers.
• Champion Agile :
• Lead scrum ceremonies, own user stories, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster Team Culture :
• Build a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Versent’s values.
• What You’ll Bring
• Experience :
• Minimum 10 years in IT, with strong expertise in Power Platform.
• Skills :
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. Bonus : Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics Customer Experience.
• Leadership :
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor others.
• Communication :
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset :
• Thrive in agile, fast-paced settings; work autonomously or as part of a team.
