Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of the restaurant.
- Lead the team through busy service periods, crew training, and proactive guest experience improvements.
- Support inventory and financial management as required.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment and communicate effectively with the team.

Fitzroy GYG Restaurant is set to open in December 2025; training will commence prior to opening.
