Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our Front Office team in Sofitel Brisbane Central. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

• Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted
• Provide exceptional customer service during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout the night shift
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees
• Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished
• Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns
• Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed
