Overview

Join to apply for the Client Services Specialist role at Marsh . This role is based in the Sydney office and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office per week.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh. This role supports colleagues and clients in administration and technical support through accurate, efficient, and timely production of policy and related documents across the insurance life cycle. Training is provided through online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team, and 1 : 1 on-the-job learning.

Working under the umbrella of Operations, you will help drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to clients and entering accurate information into Marsh IT applications to enable the delivery of analytics. You will assist in upskilling non-client-facing Operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely and accurate production / processing of complex documents / information (including report preparation).
  • Maintains a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthens established relationships.
  • Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
  • Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.

What you need to have

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar broking / operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
