We’re New Home Matchmaker (NHMM) — a small but mighty team rewriting the playbook on how Aussies buy and build new homes. Instead of being chained to one builder and one set of floorplans, we partner with a panel of expert boutique, family owned builders. Rather than partner with the "Big end of town" who overpromise and under deliver, we partner with smaller builders who offer tremendous value for money and are expert craftspeople who build an amazing home.

That means our consultants can actually give clients what they want — not just what’s in the catalogue - and with confidence that we will deliver on what we promise.

You’re process-driven , not just a smooth talker — you can follow a proven system and trust the numbers.

You’re tech-savvy, comfortable in CRMs, and quick to adapt to digital tools.

You’ve smashed KPIs in retail, real estate, finance, or cars — and you’re ready to take it up a level.

Have an infectious personality - we don't necessarily need the worlds most outgoing person (Though that's great if you are!) but the ability to take and give a joke is absolutely needed - we work hard, play hard and need to have a laugh along the way.
