Job Description
Apply & execute global wholesale commercial strategy to resellers a / cs in ANZ region and achieve the desired growth objectives. Act as a countryleader for the ANZ region, manage directly or indirectly cross functional teams to achieve regional business objectives in compliant manner.
- Create detailed annual growth plans for ANZ region in line with the global strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities within ANZ region and define how to address them.
- Achieve the revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives of ANZ region.
- Define sales targets for key accounts on annual basis.
- Define cost-to-serve budget for the ANZ region as it relates to sales support activities.
- Ensure new product launch plans are developed and executed at key account level (sell-in).
- Assess sell-in and sell-through key account performance and advise KAM to take action where needed.
- Provide input to the ECBM / PM on monthly sales forecast (S&OP process).
- Lead GTM meetings in the region to ensure strategies are aligned with business goal & objectives.
- Sign-off the Business agreements according to company threshold guidelines.
- Drive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic investments.
- Be the voice of the CMR market in business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Apply structure and standards to day-to-day business management.
- Apply Bose people management standards and model the Bose E&V.
- Manage the HQ relationship with key accounts in an Enterprise selling model.
- Lead & manage country (ANZ) leadership meetings to ensure fair work practices and better support employees.
- Lead country level townhalls to engage employees by regularly providing business updates.
