It is a dedicated space with the latest equipment and tools in order to support multiple venues with the production of key products such as pasta for Totti’s, pizza dough for Vinnies Pizza, and pita bread for Jimmy’s. Our chefs specialise in delivering consistent product to Merivale venues.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chefto join this already incredible team in the pasta department at Mascot Production. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team. You will be part of the team responsible for making homemade pasta and similar products for a range of our venues.
