What you’ll do
- Deliver intensive, tailored family support to children, young people, and their caregivers
- Implement evidence-based interventions – from parenting strategies to life skills coaching
- Connect families to community, education, and employment resources
- Conduct home visits and deliver early intervention strategies to build safety and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with Child Safety, government, and community partners to provide wrap-around support
- Maintain documentation and case notes in line with standards and requirements
Experience with frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents Under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage is a plus – but not essential.

A valid Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility to work across all shift types (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers)A current driver’s licenceA qualification or progress toward a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related fieldExperience supporting children, young people, and families, ideally within Family Support, Child Safety, or similar rolesWant to chat about this role?
