Investment Associate – Real Estate

We’re seeking a Investment Associate to join a high-performing real estate investment team managing a diversified fund spanning hotels, residential, office, and logistics.

The role is hands-on investment management with a focus on joint ventures with development partners. You’ll be responsible for monitoring project performance, managing risks, and ensuring value is maximised across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day portfolio management of joint venture developments.
• Oversight of project reporting, financial models, and feasibility analysis.
• Identification and mitigation of development risks across planning, construction, and delivery.
• Close collaboration with external development partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Active involvement in investment reviews, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
