About the role
This is a hands‑on role based at our head office in Bibra Lake, leading the WA Premix maintenance team as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor.
- Allocate manpower for breakdowns and planned works.
- Conduct daily plant inspections to identify improvement areas and safe practices.
- Supervise maintenance staff ensuring quality repairs are completed on time.
- Review, process, and follow up on parts requisitions to ensure proactive repairs.
- Maintain critical stock levels, working with the procurement team to keep stock on hand.
About you
Proven experience working with conveyors, silos, and pumps, preferably batch plants.Great attitude, solid work ethic, proactive approach, and seeking long‑term career prospects.Seeking opportunities to exercise previously gained skills as a dedicated and capable fixed plant fitter.Desire to build your own team, take charge of your business unit, and be responsible for your and your team’s success.Willing to expand skill set and tackle new challenges in a rapidly evolving business.Reside in Australia with permanent residency.Ready to share knowledge and train the next generation of mechanics.Experience with a wide range of road transport equipment.Australian recognised trade certificate (Diesel Trade Certificate).Current driver’s licence (ideally HR).Firm understanding and commitment to safe working practices, keen to work alongside a safety‑dedicated team.Application requirements
