Job Title : Asbestos Surveyor

Location : Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary / Benefits : 25k - 42k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos firm with new contracts in the Yorkshire region. They are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their well-respected and busy team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge as well as excellent client-facing skills and professionalism. It would be beneficial for candidates to have close access to the M62 for easier travel. Experience / Qualifications :

Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company

Qualified with the BOHS P402 as a minimum (or RSPH equivalent)

Strong technical knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines

Good written and IT abilities

Professional manner

Excellent client-facing experience

The Role :

Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a range of client sites

Safely collecting ACM samples from site

Writing bespoke asbestos survey reports

Completing re-inspection surveys

Meeting with clients on-site to provide technical advice and answer any queries

Travelling as per company requirements

Working in accordance with health & safety and compliance guidelines
