Job Description
We seek a Receptionist to join our national head office based in award-winning Jubilee Place in Fortitude Valley. This is a full-time position, working from 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The key responsibilities of this position include :
- Meet and greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, answer and direct incoming calls and answer general inquiries from the business and public.
- Open and distribute daily incoming mail and dispatch all outgoing mail.
- Arrange courier services as required.
- Provide quality administrative support including filing, copying, binding, typing, printing, collating documents, assisting with formatting, data entry and running general errands.
- Set up and tidy meeting rooms, including arranging and collecting catering.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience :
Prior experience in reception, administration or customer service oriented roles.Working knowledge of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.Ability to cope with shifting work priorities and to prioritise work.Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
