About The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Operations team, working closely with our Program Manager – Operations Planning, Performance & Analytics. In this role, you’ll help drive key projects and initiatives across both retail and supply chain operations. Your day‑to‑day will include gathering requirements, mapping processes, spotting opportunities for improvement, and supporting solution design. You’ll also play a part in testing and quality assurance to make sure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully – both now and into the future.

Role Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and document analysis to elicit clear business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, or use cases.
• Prioritise requirements using MoSCoW, RICE or similar frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured backlog of requirements and ensure traceability throughout delivery.
