Our client delivers a broad range of accredited programs to thousands of students each year and is focused on enhancing the quality, consistency and efficiency of its education services through smarter, technology-enabled processes.

About the Role

As the Senior Business Analyst , you will lead a short-term consulting engagement to shape the business requirements for a new digital solution that supports the design, governance and delivery of courses and related information. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will :

• Review existing documentation and requirements from a comparable implementation in the sector.
• Perform detailed current-state and future-state process analysis across multiple business units.
• Undertake structured gap analysis to identify areas of alignment, partial fit and functional gaps between business needs and available solutions.
• Define, refine and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements using SMART techniques, clearly separating "needs" from "wants".
• Document findings and options in a clear, decision-ready format for executive stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business change impacts and support understanding of the proposed changes.
