Role : Site Manager - Office Fit Outs at Design & Build Recruitment. We're seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading national Fit Out & Refurb builder. If you have a strong track record in commercial fit-outs and are ready to take on challenging projects in Melbourne, this is the perfect opportunity. You'll lead the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site operations specifically for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project timelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are fully met.
• Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
