We’re looking for experienced Room Leaders to bring their energy, ideas, and leadership to our Carey Bay team. You’ll guide educators, inspire little learners, and work with our Centre Director to keep our service thriving.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support your room’s educators
• Deliver engaging, high-quality programs for every child
• Build strong connections with families and your team
• Keep our learning spaces safe, fun, and inclusive
