Join a financial services organisation in the midst of a transformation and service uplift! This is an exciting hands on role where you will work across multiple areas of the business, enhancing the quality of onboarding and training programs, and elevate service delivery to the next level.
In this role, you will design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding, training and quality frameworks for the service operations team.
You will create structured induction programs, develop engaging learning content (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning), implement coaching frameworks, and lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality practices across the organisation.
