What I Will Be Doing :

As an Assistant in Nursing at Northcott, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care within our specialised Supported Living settings. Your mission is to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and support our customers to achieve their individual goals.

You will :

• Deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of customers using a person-centred approach .
• Assist with personal care , hygiene , and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
• Support customers with complex care needs while promoting dignity and respect.
• Be committed to positive outcomes for the people you support.
• Be available to work on a 24 / 7 rotating roster , including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
