Job Profile

Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, the Digital Experience Analyst contributes to the delivery of a safe, accessible and engaging online experience to enable customers to play with confidence across Lotterywest’s Play Online digital platforms. The Digital Experience Analyst plays a key role in and is responsible for analysing player data and trends to inform and guide continuous improvement activities across both web and online channels. The role has the following key areas of focus :
