About the Role
Keen to shape the digital experience for over a million Australians?
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager to act as the lead for our websites, driving the strategy across our portfolio of brands including Red Energy and Lumo Energy. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the digital experience for both new and existing customers, driving sales growth and engagement in line with our overarching Digital and Retail group strategies.
You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a product roadmap that uplifts our digital presence. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our websites and social channels are optimised for customer experience, Organic Search growth (SEO) and Generative AI visibility (GEO).
